The UK based consultancy firm FD Technologies will create 500 jobs as part of their new digital hub to be formed in Ireland. FD, a leading firm in financial, technology and energy consultancy has already 300 employees working for them in Ireland.
The new digital hub will be formed by the company’s consulting and services division ‘First Derivatives.’ According to the chief of First Derivatives David Collins, the move is to fulfil the growing need for services from FD by the Irish banks and other multinational institutions operating in Ireland.
“There are a lot of changes going on in the marketplace and we really want to grow our footprint within Ireland. What we are hearing from Irish banks and international ones based here is that they want more from us,” said Mr Collins.
The new roles to be created will include project managers and compliance managers. There will be vacancies across the country including Dublin.
