India crush New Zealand by 90 runs, sweep series 3-0

India swept the three-match series by crushing New Zealand by 90 runs in the third and final ODI. India won the toss and elected to bat first. Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill both scored centuries to help India post a formidable 385 for nine.

In response, New Zealand was dismissed for 295 in 41.2 overs, with Devon Conway scoring 138 off 100 balls.

At the Holkar Cricket Stadium, after the visitors asked India to bat, the skipper Rohit scored 101 runs off 85 balls, while the young Gill raced to a 78-ball score of 112.

Following the opening pair’s 212-run partnership in 26.1 overs, Virat Kohli contributed with 36 off 27 balls. Hardik Pandya later powered India with a 38-ball 54.
