Irish software company Cora Systems has announced the creation of over 300 new jobs.
Half of the jobs will be placed in Ireland.
The new roles will involve expanding the company’s Irish research and development team, global sales and marketing positions as well as roles in their solutions and professional services teams around the world.
150 of the roles will be based in the firm’s Carrick-On-Shannon headquarters, or nearby under a hybrid working policy.
The other half will be located in the business’s US offices.
100 will be added over the next year, with the balance to be appointed by 2024.
The Leitrim-based firm already employs 125 in Carrick-On-Shannon and in Bedford in the UK and Atlanta in the US.
CEO Mr. Martin said, “As a bootstrapped company, we’ve been able to focus not just on profitability but also on product innovation,”
“During the pandemic, we invested €10 million in our people and product which has resulted in year-on-year growth of 330%. This puts Cora, globally, in an exclusive hyper-growth SaaS category.”
Mr. Martin said the company has benefited from the restructuring of global supply chains, as its products have been used to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Around $100bn in projects are managed on its platform each day and it counts among its clients Honeywell, the NHS in the UK, and Allergan Pharmaceuticals.
The development comes after the company secured €60m in new business since the start of the year.
