The HSE have confirmed further 13,765 Covid-19 cases in Ireland yesterday. This is highest number of cases recorded in the country since the start of the pandemic.
As per the latest reports, there are 378 Covid-19 patients hospitalised and 87 of them are in ICU.
Meanwhile, the chief medical Officer Dr. Tony Holohan again urged people to take all necessary steps to protect themselves until they get their booster vaccine. He also advised people to reduce contacts and avoid going into crowds.
