Manchester United have confirmed the returning of Portuguese super footballer Cristiano Ronaldo to the club. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner will join MU from Juventus with a transfer money of €20 million, the club authorities confirmed. He may receive an additional €3 million in bonuses.
Earlier there were speculations that the 36-year old’s destination would be the neighbouring Manchester City. But everything changed by Friday morning and Ronaldo will be flying to join the ‘Red Devils’ in Old Trafford. The contract is expected to be for two years.
In 2009, Cristiano had left Manchester United for a bid of all-time record €80 million to play for Real Madrid. The devastated fans of MU following the transfer are excited for the come back of football giant after over a decade to Old Trafford.
