Taliban invaded Kandahar, the second largest city in Afghanistan

The terrorist group Taliban has claimed to have captured Kandahar, the second largest city in Afghanistan.

‘The Mujahideen reached Martyrs’ Square in the city‘ a Taliban official twitter account claimed in a tweet. The AFP also confirmed the government forces have been withdrawn from the area.

After US’s announcement to withdraw its military force as a gesture of peace, Taliban is striking back by invading many areas of the country. They had occupied Herat, the third largest city of Afghan earlier. Now the government and authorities have hold only on the capital, Kabul.

As the situation worsened, US is about to deploy 3,000 troops to Afghan to evacuate US embassy employees from the country. Earlier UK officials also confirmed that they would send 600 army troops to safe guard and bring back their embassy people.

There are reports that the natives have started fleeing off the country amid fears of returning the barbarian Taliban ruling in Afghanistan.
