US Tech Firm Rippling To Create 100 New Jobs At Dublin City Centre HQ

Rippling, a prominent workforce management platform, is set to establish its European headquarters in Dublin’s city center, creating 100 new job opportunities. The move is part of the company’s global expansion plan into Europe, supported by the Irish Government through IDA Ireland.

Currently employing 35 people in Dublin, Rippling’s software empowers HR teams by streamlining the management and automation of various aspects of the employee lifecycle within a single system. This includes payroll, expenses, and benefits management, reducing time spent on repetitive tasks.

The company is actively recruiting for positions in sales, marketing, engineering, and product development, among others. Additionally, Rippling’s payroll solutions simplify payments to ensure both employees and revenue authorities are promptly compensated.

Founded in 2016, Rippling has achieved substantial success, boasting over 10,000 customers and recently securing $500 million in Series E funding, valuing the business at $11.25 billion. The Irish Minister for Enterprise, Trade, and Employment, Simon Coveney, expressed enthusiasm for Rippling’s European HQ establishment in Dublin, emphasizing the software’s potential to streamline business operations.

Rippling’s CEO, Parker Conrad, praised Dublin as the “perfect base” for their EU headquarters, citing the city’s tech hub status and robust talent pool. Mary Buckley, Executive Director of IDA Ireland, also welcomed the development as a testament to Dublin’s prominence in the technology sector.
