This weekend will see severe disruptions to rail service on a number of routes as planned engineering work begins.
Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Portlaoise, Portarlington and Limerick Junction are among the impacted routes, in addition to southside Dart services.
Additionally, commuters are informed that on Saturday and Sunday, there will be no dart service between Greystones and Dun Laoghaire.
Over the weekend, a two-hourly service between Cork and Dublin will be in operation with links to Kerry and Limerick.
A bus will run between Connelly station and Wicklow for services to Rosslare.
Barry Kenny, Head of Corporate Communications at Iarnród Éireann, advises commuters to check timings before travelling.
“On other lines, on the Heuston intercity routes to Cork, Kerry and Limerick we have a revised timetable about two hours between Hesuton, Cork in each direction on Saturday.
“Across Saturday and Sunday customers should check times on those routes before travel at Irishrail.ie.”
