India and Ireland join hands to enhance Green Hydrogen Production.

The Irish company Fusion Fuel Green and Indian company BGR Energy Systems have signed the pact to develop large scale projects to produce cost effective green hydrogen. Cost effective green hydrogen is hydrogen produced using renewable energy, mainly from fossil fuels. The Irish company had decided to set up a demonstrator facility in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu which use HEVO-SOLAR technology.

They are currently planning to implement their projects all over India including the border regions too. The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), through its report has said that the cost of Green Hydrogen will drop by 50% by 2030. There will also be a huge increase in green hydrogen demand by 2050.
