A man in his 50s has been arrested following the discovery of drugs worth €125,000 from his home in Dublin.
The Garda officers along with Divisional Drug Unit at Kevin Street Garda Station and the Divisional Crime Task Force carried out a search at a residence in Ringsend, Dublin 4 at 6pm on Friday. During the search they seized cannabis resin valued €30,000, cannabis herb valued €30,000, Xanax tablets valued €40,000, Diazepam tablets valued €20,000, and cocaine valued €3,000.
€14,000 money in cash also been seized from the house.
The man was arrested following the discovery and currently in custody under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
