If you wish to save money on Christmas shopping, you might be able to find some extra cash in your wallet by using Revolut.
Customers can earn cashback when they shop at their favorite stores, including IKEA, Smyths Toys, Woodies, Arnotts, ASOS, Brown Thomas, and Amazon, using the banking app. In fact, over 1,000 brands are taking part in the deal, according to the Dublin live report.
Revolut Shops gives Irish customers 3% cash back on every purchase if they start the process through the app and pay in full with their Revolut card. The cashback will be applied automatically at checkout, and the transaction will be completed instantly.
Even if you are already taking advantage of other discounts, Revolut Shops will still give the cashback.
So, how exactly does the cashback deal work? The simple steps are as follows:
- Select Shop in your Revolut app (which you can find in Hub)
- Search for the shop where you wish to make your purchase (for example H&M)
- Select “Earn 3% cashback”
- Click “Shop with cashback”
- The app will bring you to the website where you can make your purchase
- Once you have made the purchase on the website in full, you will receive 3% cashback on your Revolut account
Users can also use ‘Pay Later’ to split their payments. This is Ireland’s first pay-later product that uses an approved credit limit and is focused on affordability. This could be useful for those who want to spread out their spending in the run-up to Christmas.
