The 55th Wildlife Photographer of the Year (WPOTY) competition winner is to be announced in October. The event is taking place at the Natural History Museum at South Kensington, UK.
Here we have selected 10 photos from the competition category for all the wildlife lovers out there. The organizers also reminds us of the pressure that our planet is going through today and these photos can also be viewed from a more empathetic perspective than just visual excitement.
