The Arctic Front to cause chilly nights with a temperature drop to -3 degrees

Ireland about to experience a freezing climate as a very cold Arctic front is predicted by Met Eireann. Wintry showers of snow will fall throughout the country as the front may bring a band of cold air.

As a result of the Arctic front, the temperature drops steeply to -3 degrees in the coming nights. Scattered rains are expected to move to the southern half. During daytime, the highest temperature may range from 4 to 8 degrees.

Overnight temperatures may fall below -3 which makes it more chilly. In the west and northwest areas, even though there are chances for scattered rain, daytime temperatures range from 8 to 10 degree celsius.
