Covid-19 update: 12336 new cases confirmed, 597 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized

The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been notified of 6,697 PCR-confirmed cases of COVID-19. In addition, on Thursday 3 February, 5,639 people registered a positive antigen test through the HSE portal. As of 8 am today, 597 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, of whom 66 are in ICU.
