Popular Dublin pub up for rent years after closure

A well-known Dublin pub that shuttered a few years ago is again available for rent.

Dominic Street Upper’s T O’Brennan’s was put up for sale in September of last year for little under €800,000. The 600 square foot pub also held the title of Ireland’s tiniest craft beer bar.

An advertisement on Daft.i.e states that the Dublin 7 pub is currently available for rent for €30,000 per year. The space is instantly ready for rental and the deal also includes a seven-day publicans licence.

Images posted on Daft.ie show that the inside of the bar has not changed. The listing reads: “Available to rent immediately. 7-day publicans licence included. City centre location – the property is located in a prominent position in Dublin city centre facing on to the Red Luas Line, with only a short walk to O’Connell Street.”
